How to make a perfect Omelette

Omelets are a favorite breakfast food of mine. But how do they turn out so perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. Mixing eggs together is important. You need to beat them well. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Then shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

The fun part is now - adding the milk to the mixture. Pour half the milk into the beaten egg mixture and then fold in the eggs. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
